Bespoke Design & Co-ordination

Dream Occasions have the experience and knowledge necessary to effortlessly organise your wedding for and with you. We will design a wedding reflective of your style, whatever that may be, elegant, wild or traditional.Planning and designing a wedding takes time and dedication, from researching on the internet to interviewing suppliers, your evenings and weekends seem to be organised with military precision. Your engagement should be a time of pleasure and excitement, but instead it seems to be stressful and tedious. We offer a full design and planning service to ensure you have the wedding you always desired; this service is purely bespoke and as individual as you. Prices are determined as a result of a consultation and are fixed; please note our minimum fee is £1,600.

The Design
If you accept our proposal a theme board is produced with initial design ideas, it is from this we determine what style will work best for you. We will source all accessories from linen to stationery, and ensure all suppliers work with your theme in mind. On the day we will style your venue ensuring the theme carries through with meticulous attention to detail.

The Planning
Once the contract has been signed a meeting will be arranged to go over in more detail the type of suppliers that are suitable in terms of style and budget. We will source, negotiate and book all suppliers and remain in contact with them throughout the planning process. A personal website will be created for you with regular status reports and supplier payment breakdowns. Throughout the planning process we will be available for follow up meetings to continually review the progress and design.
